Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Printed Products

Because every product is made specifically for each customer, custom printed products are generally not eligible for return or refund.


2. Eligible Cases

Refund or replacement may be provided only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Printing defect caused by Mega Printo
  • Quantity significantly different from the confirmed order

3. Not Eligible

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer-approved design mistakes
  • Wrong spelling provided by customer
  • Wrong color selection by customer
  • Delay caused by courier
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

4. Reporting Issues

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


6. Replacement

Mega Printo may choose to replace the product instead of issuing a refund, depending on the issue.
