1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
  • Custom printed products may require additional production time depending on the product, quantity, and design.

2. Production Time

Production time varies by product.

Typical production times:

  • Visiting Cards: 1–2 Business Days
  • Stickers: 2–3 Business Days
  • Letterheads: 2–3 Business Days
  • Pamphlets: 2–4 Business Days
  • Posters: 2–4 Business Days
  • Flex Banners: 1–3 Business Days

Large quantity orders may require additional production time.


3. Shipping Time

After production is completed, orders are dispatched through our courier partners.

Estimated delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier service availability.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product weight
  • Package size
  • Courier charges

Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided.


6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Mega Printo is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Mega Printo is not responsible for deliveries delayed or failed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Wrong address provided
  • Phone number is unreachable

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide:
    • Order Number
    • Photos of the package
    • Photos of the damaged product

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Mega Printo ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.


11. Shipping Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier company, delivery is managed by the courier partner.

Mega Printo will assist customers in tracking shipments but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
